There are a lot of possible answers for those sentences. Are you sure it is just 'Complete these sentences' and it doesn't provide answers that you are supposed to use?
1. There were as many people present as one would expect for a convention on screw-head diameters.
2. It was as much as a suprise to me as it was to everybody else.
3. We have received as many Christmas cards this year as we did last year.
4. Do you object to my bright pink hair?
5. He presented a book, although, from the amount of pictures it had, I'd be more inclined to call it a magazine.
6. I could not understand the problem. He explained, but he speaks too fast and uses his hands too much; it's distracting.
Please, do not use these sentences. I'm merely illustrating the point that there are many ways to complete those sentences. Please check that this is what you are requested to do, and that there are no answers given.

Re: helping
I know that it's inappropriate to talk about an irrelevant issue on a thread. I'm aware that most of the members who uses nicknames have already been using those nicknames for a long time before they signed up for these forums and I guess some of them had picked these nicknames for some MMORPGs or MMOFPSs. Such a nickname as "the killer" might be an appropriate choice for this sort of games, since in this games (or in most of them) the one who kills the most wins the game. But in a forum like this, this kind of nickname bothers me somehow. I do respect the freedom of choosing nicknames of the members and I, as a member, as well, believe that I have the very same kind of freedom to say what I feel about this issue. This is neither an official complaint to the moderators nor an intention to offend "the killer", it is just to express what I believe and what I believe is that a human's life is the most precious thing. When it comes to killing the ones who are made of 0s and 1s, it may be ok but as I have just mentioned above, in such forums it just doesn't fit.

I agree with you, it offends me as well.
