    Dear teachers, could you explain to me which of these sentences is correct?
    1.Lora has lost her passport again. It’s the second time this has happened.
    2.Lora has lost her passport again. It’s the second time this happens.
    3.Lora has lost her passport again. It’s the second time this happened.
