.......I have no regular salary.I never really spend money because I don't have it and I'm not bothered about clothes. I spend about 2000 pounds a year on them........


In this text, Does 'I'm not bothered about clothes' means that I don't care to have clothes? or does it mean I don't care what clothes I wear?

It would be minimally possible that the speaker is saying she is often naked, but if she spends 2000 pounds a year on them, she obviously wears something.
It means she doesn't bother about the latest fashions, or quality. She wears anything.
