    Default could+grammar teacher

I have studied "could". But I still have a problem.
What do you feel like watching.
It is 7:00. We could wacth "The Stimpsons".
    .
    .
    .
That's what VCR's are for. We could record one and watch the other one.
I know "could" is used to express past ability, present or future possibility, making suggestions, making requests. But I want to know which one is correct here about "could" in the above sentences. What does "could" show? Or for example in this sentence? This phrase could mean ...?
    Thanks
