Hello

Dear teacher

what is difference in the sense meaning between these two sentences?

I would be angry if you hadn't called me as soon as you arrived in town.

I would have been angry if you hadn't called me as soon as you arrived in town.

Best wishes.

Try,

I would be angry [right now] if you hadn't called me as soon as you arrived in town.

I would have been angry [at the time] if you hadn't called me as soon as you arrived in town.
