hi could you please help me to getting approval from my Group head for exam which i have failed to clear in 3 attempts.

i would like to know how can i write my Group head to approve me 1 more chance for exam.

I'm sorry, but it's hard to help without knowing what the rules are or what your Group Head (is that your manager or team leader?) would expect. I offer this advice (found in countless other places by other posters):

Pretend you are standing before him. You want to clearly ask him for something, and you have prepared good reasons for it.

Now, write down what you would say.
