Default Unit owner/Comparted owner

Is it okay to use the term "comparted owner" for unit owner in the following sentence?

The unit owners (comparted owners) of this condominium established a condominium management association.

No. Comparted means to divide into parts. Comparted is an unusual word and, even if you used it, most people would not know what you meant. In addition, though comparted indicates a division, it should not be used in the sense of common ownership of property.
