In a word, no. The contractions with I are I'm, I'll, I'd and I've.

With reference to the question I asked yesterday, I want to make it more clear. Can an apostrophe be used after the pronoun "I" to make "I was" "I's"?

As TDOL pointed out, neither was nor were is ever used in a contraction. You have to write it out: "I was".
