Can I replace "or" in the following sentences with "nor"?
1. He doesn't smoke or drink.
2. He doesn't have a TV or a video.
3. She never cleans or even offers to wash the dishes.
No, I wouldn't put 'nor' in any of them
And can I replace "nor" in the following sentence with "or"?
I wasn't impressed by his replies nor his reasons.

The following sentence is from a story:
But there was a man there with a black mustache and a certain look in his eyes that made me wonder if he might not have something interesting to tell".
The note to this is "Somehow the way the man looked made him fell that this man probably has something interesting to tell".
What I don't understand is why "might not have something to tell" meant "has something to tell". Could you explain it to me?
After certain expressions, like 'I wonder' and 'I wouldn't be surprised' we sometime use a negative with a positive sense:
I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't go and do it.
It's hard to explain why- to me, it's just one of those curious things we do. I'll try to find a reason, but I can't think of one.
