    Default Letters

    I am writing a letter. I will be signing it but I need to let the recipients know under whose behalf I am signing it. For example:

    Jane Smith
    Administrative Assistant for
    Tony Jones - President, Scott Company
    CEO - Scott / Bowers, Inc.

    Is this correct?
