1) I will attend the meeting provided/if i still haven't missed it.
2) I will attend the dinner if it has not passes.

***NOT A TEACHER***scott, good morning. I am not sure that I understand what meaning you wish to convey. Were you thinking of something such as: I will attend the meeting/dinner if it has not already taken place/ been held/ happened. Thank you.
