Down his front
Please, in this sentence:
He swiped hands down his front
Is "down his front" saying he clapped hands without rising them, just at the level they usually are?
Thank You

It doesn't say anything about "clapping hands". Could it be "wiped" rather than "swiped"?

Yes. I've absolutely misunderstood the sentence.
What's saying the sentence, please? Is it saying he passed his hands against his front, like rubbing it, for instance to dry sweat from it or to express fatigue or worry?

Yes, if he "wiped his hands down his front" it's as you say, he rubbed them against the front of his body, possibly to dry them.
