Which is correct between the two?

Everything didn't go the way it has supposed to be.


Everything didn't go the way it had supposed to be.

Please explain to me the reason/s.

I'm afraid neither is correct. Here are some alternative ways to express that idea:
1. "Nothing went the way (that) it was supposed to".
2. "Nothing had gone the way (that) it had been supposed to".
3. "Not everything went the way (that) it was supposed to".
4. "Not everything had gone the way (that) it had been supposed to".
