    Default gerund?

I wonder if “having" in the next sentence is "gerund" or anything.

He has a wealth of experience, having worked in the real estate and finance industry for well over 20 years.

It is not a gerund here. You have already asked this question. If you're not satisfied with the answer that I gave you, why don't you wait patiently until someone else replies?

If the next sentence is correct, I wonder if "having" is not "gerund".

She has lots of experience of having worked for another McDonald branches.
