    Which of the following is better?

    1) Make an appointment now at the reception to meet our instructor!
    2) Book now at the reception for your appointment to meet our instructor.

    The second one doesn't sound very good.
    First one I would change to:
    Make an appointment at the reception now to meet our instructor.
