really stuck

I have to write an assignment on a student who i have been observing over a 2 week period...i am doing a celta course and i find it soo hard ...i just feel totally stuck...they have given me guide lines as what to write about...student's profile,which i managed....listening..reading ..speaking..writing etc...i have to make a list of grammatical errors and pronunciation which i am trying to picture in my head...and vocab...vocab he may have difficulties with in the future...have you any ideas as how i get through this nightmare!

What level is the student? It's impossible to comment without an idea of the student's knowledge level and what is causing him problems.
