| I am 27 years old. I am looking to improve my English. I joined BCL library but I really don't know what to read. I read a lot in my mother tounge. But I don't know famous english authours. Secondly does reading imprves language? Are there any tricks to sepak more confedently. Ravi. |

| Reading does improve language a lot, so it is worth doing. If you're a member of a BCL then I'd suggest you start with some of their Graded Readers, which are simplified texts and are a good start to reading. They will have a selection, including famous authors. The best thing to do is have a look and see which look the most interesting. |
