I am a university's student. I have been studying English for 3 years, but I have some problems I will put them in questions form:
- How can I become a fluent speaker.
How can force myself to read much in English.
How can I memorize important English vocabularies.
please answer my questions in detail. And give useful and effective suggestions for ESL.
Question: How can I become a fluent speaker?
Answer: That will not be easy. Learning a language is like learning any skill in that the only way to learn is by doing. You must practice speaking as much as possible. You must practice reading as much as possible. Do you have a good teacher?
Question: How can force myself to read much in English?
Answer: That question suggests that you lack motivation. You will have to find it. One thing I suggest that you do to improve your reading skills is to read an English-language newspaper several days a week. Especially, read the sports section. It is somewhat easier to read than the rest of the paper, and there is a lot of repetition there.
Question: How can I learn the words I need to know?
Answer: There are about a thousand words which comprise the bulk of communication in both spoken and written English. You should get a list of those words and practice using them as much as possible. One you can use those words with confidence you will have come a long way towards achieving fluency.

I am a university student. (In AE we would say I am a college student.) I have been studying English for three years, and I have some problems which I will put in question form. (Spell out numerals from one to ten. Use "but" only when the "but" clause contradicts what was said previously in some way.)Quote:

In BE you wouldn't- colleges are different, even though some universities are divided into colleges. ;-)
