Well, routine generally means something like 'program' or 'procedure'. Maybe in your movie there is some kind of procedure with which one can achieve immortality. Then 'immortality routine' would refer to the instructions necessary to become immortal.

Again, I could be wrong about this. What's the name of this 'weird' movie you are watching?
