    Question Writing a formal letter

    Hi i have a question its important!
    Tomorrow i have a test and i have to study how to write a formal letter in english. They explained me how to write it and its ok but they named the abbreviations that are widely used.. but i dont where to use it.. exactly
    In what part of the letter can i use it?
