Do both of these sentences convey the same meaning?
Which one of them is better?
I'll increase the time dedicated for studying by one
hour.
I'm going to dedicate an extra hour to studying.

Why not make it simpler:
I'll increase my study time by one hour.
I'll study for one more hour.

I prefer your second sentence.
Plus - in your first sentence, you would need to say "dedicated TO studying". You dedicate time/energy etc to something, not for something.
