Both are acceptable. Here's why. If the main verb is a form of BE or HAVE then use it in the tag:Quote:

If the main verb is something other than BE or HAVE then use DO in the tag:
She eats vegetables, doesn't she?
She has got to eat her vegetables, doesn't she?
In cases where both HAVE and another verb work together as the main verb, you have a choice. Either use HAVE or DO in the tag:
She has got to eat her vegetables, doesn't she?
She has got to eat her vegetables, hasn't she?
In short, choosing HAVE or DO has to do with what the speakers views as the main verb,
She has got . . ., hasn't she? (heads the main verb)
She has got . . ., doesn't she? (main verb)
