"they all"
In my country, we often use the term 'they all' and I'm unsure if it's proper English.
Sentence Example: "Hey, did you see John they all?"
My take on the meaning: "Hey, have you seen John and co.?"
Feel free to correct any grammatical mistake and thanks in advance for your response.

"Did you see John they all?" is not a correct sentence. Your explanation sentence is fine - "Did you see John and co?", or "Did you see John and the others?", or "Did you see John and the rest of them?"
