    what if I spoke it out in instantaneous intention because I want to use the power socket.
    "I am using the power socket." = "I want to use the power socket."
    thanks. are they the same?

    No.

    If you say "I am using" it means you are either using it now or have plans to do so very soon. It's not related to what you want.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
