| It is the first time that I'm using the sauna since january. It it the first time that Iam using the sauna for two months. Please explain to me if they are the same or different. thank you for your help |

| The since/for differences are correct- since + date/time of start of time period for + duration. However, I'd change the verb: It is the first time I've used the sauna... |
