Here's a good site to listen to spoken English. After each short interview or talk, the person speaking asks a few questions. This is good listening practice. You can answer the questions to practice speaking. Of course, you should try to give answers that explain. If someone asks you a simple question, you should answer and say "why". If you don't know anyone to speak with, I think this can be useful.
