I just want to let my departmental head know how much vacation I have taken. This vacation time was booked on two different days. Please help me to write it well.

Today, I took total 2 hours and 30 minutes vacation. Today, I have used up my remaining 30 minutes vacation which was booked on April 11 and other 2 hours of April 17th half a day vacation. This will leave me with another an hour vacation that I would like to take in furture.
