Default fill in the blanks (conditional)

Dear teachers,

Would you please have a look at my answers ?

Complete the text by writing one word in each space.

Mr Jeffries, I have decided against a prison sentence in your case. You may walk free from this court on 1 ……… condition that you report to Chesham police every Friday for the next six months. 2……… If you fail to do so, you will be given one warning; and if you persist in failing to meet this obligation, you will return to this court for a harsher sentence. 3 …………. Unless you present good reason why you were unable to report to the station, you 4 …….. will find yourself in severe trouble. 5 ………… If you are unable to attend because of illness, please note that a medical certificate must be produced, signed by your doctor, proving your state of health. You should realise that 6 …….. for (no idea, I don't think that but for would work) your previous good conduct, I 7 ……….. will have no hesitation in imposing a prison sentence.

Thanks,
Hela

2- correct, but 'should' sounds better to me.
6- 'but for' works IMO
7- would

I agree with TDOL except for the answer to the last question.

In my opinion, the last answer should be "would have had" rather than "would" given the word "previous" in the adverbial clause. In addition we also should take account of the fact that the judge has already made the decision on him.
If we use "would" instead of "would have had", it means that "because of your previous good conduct, I do not impose a prison sentence." However, the judge has already made the decision at the beginning.
Therefore, it might be better to use 'would have had' than 'would', which follows that "If there had been no previous good conduct, I would have had no hesitation in imposing a prison sentence."
