Hi teachers,
In spoken English, does "I'm not that person" sounds as natural as "I'm not that kind of person"?

"I'm not that kind of person." Leaving out 'kind of' could result in ambiguity. For example,
Pat: Max drinks and drives.
Sam: I'm not that (kind of) person.
Pat: I know who you are, Sam. I said, "Max", not you.
