    Default carry on / go on / keep on

    As I see, these expressions are pretty close in meaning "continue doing smth.". Could someone explain to me when I should/shouldn't use which?

    'Keep on' can be used in a way different from the others:

    You keep on irritating me. (= continue and I wish you wouldn't)
