| Hello Atoom, 1) 'At the same token...' simply means 'In like manner...' or 'Similarly...' 2) 'At the rate I'm going...' - At the pace (tempo, speed) of my learning (obviously rather slow, since the author expects to be conversationally proficient by the time he/she reaches the age of 100.)
