I learned about lobotomy in high school. For those with severe epileptic seizure doctors disconnect certain part of brain (I think it was frontal lobe, correct me if I'm wrong) from the rest, leaving the patients vegitated. Stupid procedure no doctor performs (no doctors perform?) nowadays.

Why Ewwwwww on 'I'd like it lobotomized?' does it imply more than what it literally says?

What about 'I'd like it dichotomized?' what were you referring to?
