No- the verb is 'poured'. 'On Jesus' head' is an adverbial.

2. we are told (in the bible of mary's generosity. Adverb
There are two things here 'in the bible', which is an adverbial and 'of Mary's generosity'

3. (Are) we weary traverlers( resting) at the well? adjective
It's a verb here- we are resting

4. the blessing (of God) was on Samuel.. adverb
'On Samuel' would be the adverbial here.
