Which of these sentences is correct:

The first one is okay (tho I wouldn't use it), but the second one is better. The third one is, I think, not used.

The third might occur in speech, but it would require plenty of context. It sounds like a Lady Bracknell style put-down. I agree with Ron- the second is fine, although I am tempted to say that the first is wrong because of the punctuation. ;-)
