Please tell me how to order 'adverbs (phrases)' in indirect sentences.

'The headmaster punished Nick in front of the class in the morning for not doing his homework.'

'Parents should teach their children to be good citizens.'

Please transform the above sentences into passive ones.

I've got three answers for the first sentence.

'Nick was punished by the headmaster in front of the class in the morning for not doing his homework.'
'Nick was punished for not doing his homework by the headmaster in front of the class in the morning.'
'Nick was punished in front of the class by the headmaster in the morning for not doing his homework.'

For the second,
'Their children should be taught by parents to be good citizens.'
'Their children should be taught to be good citizens by parents.'

So, which ones are right and which are wrong?
