Is this grammatically correct?

Tim's hair was wild was from the shock of electricity.

... with static electricity.

Once you have received a shock, the electricity has passed through you. (Probably not the right description if you are a physicist, but I just mean, the action is past.)

If you have a lot of static, your hair will stand up.

If you are in a lightning storm and your hair starts to stand up, you are in a lot of danger!

I recommend changing "from the shock of electricity" to "with static electricity."
