which one is true has or is?

what does this mean when it is used in front of a sentence? and is it true that in front of a sentence? could not I use at the beginning of a sentence instead of it or what can ı use for explaining my thought...

The correct forms are either:
I look forward to Xing or I am looking forward to Xing.
We need the -ing form of the verb because you are looking forward to a noun. The -ing form of the verb, called a gerund, acts like a noun.

A biography is the story of someone's life. It is a type of book. This book IS a biography.

It means "As people expected," and it can start a sentence.

Please note that true has to do with facts. I don't know if the book is a good biography. It might be awful. The statement can be grammatically correct without being factually true. You can also write a statement that is grammatically incorrect but factually true.

The thing is that you don´t add ing after to, the phrasal verb is look forward to and you can say look forward to sth or look forward to doing sth
