No, that doesn't make a lot of sense.
If you hope someone is not in the look, it is your wish, you desire, that they not be informed. While unusual, that part is not wrong.
However to immediately follow your wish for them not to be informed with the information -- therefore putting them in the loop -- doesn't make sense.
Also you join your sentences with a comma -- that's a comma splice. You need a period or some other form of punctuation.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
