Default Take good care of

* Could you help me understand this sentence:
- "you need to take good care of flowers."
I know "take care of " is a verb, so we need an adverb "well" for verb "take care of". what about "good" in this sentence is what? "good " is an adjective, it is placed a noun. Could you express more?
* " Professional shopper" what does it mean? it is a job. could you explain more about this job?
