Question Inversions in Conditionals

I would like to know the structure and the grammar about the Inversions in conditionals.
I only know that occurs in formal english , and the "if" is omitted and thw auxiliary verb is placed (instead ) or before the subject. The auxiliary verbs used are: had were, or should.

Could you explain me this in detail ?

It's really quite simple. Just omit if and invert the subject and the
verb.

If I were you, I'd see a doctor. = Were I you, I'd see a doctor.
If I had known, I would have told you. = Had I known, I would have told you.
If anyone should call, please take a message. = Should anyone call, please take a message.

Exactly. When you omit the condition tool ( if ), the conditional caluse will seem as if a yes/no question.

Bye.
