Default ask my dearest teachers' help

I need your help,teachers.would you like to explain them?
They suggested that we should appoint them as our _____ in their region.
A. sole agent B. sole agency C. an agent D. an agency
would you like to tell me the difference between "sole agent "and "sole agency"?

An agent is someone (or some group) that acts on behalf of, and with the authorization of another. The word agency does not convey that same relationship. Therefore, sole agent is the best choice here.
