And more thing ,is there anything wrong with the following expressions of address?

Ji Shunhong

Hai’an County Hongfei Trade and Industry Company Ltd.

22 Hai’an nongovernmental business trade and industry park of Jiangsu Province

Hai’an 226600

P.R. of China

Note:Ji Shunhong is our director’s name

226600 is the post code of our county

Hongfei is the pronunciation of a Chinese phrase which means having a promising future.

Despatch details = who you sent it with, the paperwork, etc, so that they can get the goods released when they arrive.

I'd add capitals here:
Non-Governmental Business Trade and Industry Park
