Hello Sir/Madam
Could you tell me what's the different for the two above
Thank you
'On mind' is not idiomatic.
You could say 'You are always on my mind'.
'Keep that in mind (keep thinking about it).'

Hello, Ngvivian.
(1) Here in the United States, I think that there is a difference.
Tom: I think that we should relax a little bit.
Sue: What do you have in mind. = What plans do you have?
Tom: I was thinking about our going to France for a vacation!!!
*****
Martha: Why have you been so quiet these last few days?
Joe: Oh, I'm sorry, but I have a lot on my mind. = worrying about
different things.
Thank you
