What's the exact meaning of this sentence:
"maybe somebody else here will be along soon who can help."

It doesn't make much sense - either somebody else is "here", or somebody else "will be along soon". They can't be both.
I imagine that the context was that there had been some kind of incident, and someone needed help. The speaker is hoping that someone who is able to help will arrive soon, but certainly the word "here" needs to be removed.
what does "will be along soon" means?
