Would you been kind enough to share with me your opinion concerning the correctness of the following sentences?

Only when Russia has overcome its communist past will freeloadering be overcome.

Even if he thought the outcome was predictable, he’s sort of obligated to at least appear pissed-off–to do otherwise would be an implicit sanction of freeloadering.

freeloader = someone who takes advantage of the generosity of others
