    what is the best English vocabulary program available online?
    could you tell me, I want to select one for research purposes, in an educational enviroment.

    I think these are two of the most useful sites for researching vocabulary:
    Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA)
    British National Corpus (BYU-BNC)

    The full list available is here CORPORA: 45-400 million words each: free online access
