    Please correct my sentences.

    He was doing his shoelace in the interim I skimed the titles of the newspaper.

    He always used to play footbal.

    A: For how much did you buy the car?
    B:Twenty thousand something

    " He always etc." (OK)
    A: "How much was the car?/What did you pay for the car?"
    B: "Twenty thousand something" (OK)
