    Default crisp, crunchy

    Hello, teachers:
I am wondering if the term "crunchy" and "crisp" are interchangable, e.g. crisp/crunchy vegetable.
    May I have your clarification?
    Thanks a lot!

Not to me- crunchy breaks into small pieces and/or requires some chewing, while crisp is just a firm texture, though others may see things differently.
