Please help ME!!

Hello every one,

I am an employee from the middle east, I graduated from the English Literature department in 2008 .

We have really serious problem here in the maser issue,
because if you want to continue in the MA you need high graduation degree and you need to be good in English. can any one guide me how can I be good at English in tow months , because I left my university since tow years and I forgot every thing about English and I am too shy person < and I didn't talk in English in the whole of my life and still have problems in talking in English, Please help me.
