    correct my sentences plz.

    How much are you paid per each class you teach?
    Are you paid on monthly basis or semester basis?

    They are both OK. I would use "for each class..." rather than "per".

    Interesting. I would use "per" but remove "each".

    How much are you paid per class?
    How much are you paid per class as a teacher?
    How much do you get per class you teach?


    With the second example, I would have added "a"...

    Are you paid on a monthly basis or semester basis?

    In fact, now I'm looking at it, I would probably say:

    Are you paid monthly or per term?
    Are you paid on a monthly basis or per term?

    Note: Semester = AmE. Term = BrE.
